Where is the Top of the Rock Gift Shop located?
The Top of the Rock Gift Shop is located at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Rink Level, New York, NY 10112. You can access the Rink Level from the Rockefeller Center subway station or via elevators on the north and south sides of the main plaza.
What are your store hours
Here are the operating hours for select shops at Rockefeller Center:
**The Rink Shop**: Open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
**Top of the Rock Shop**: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Please note that hours may vary, especially during holidays or special events.
When can I expect to receive my order?
With standard shipping, you can typically expect to receive your order within 5–7 business days from the time it is processed and shipped.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
Duration of Policy: Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Requirements for Completing a Return: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for the following:
- Items that show signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Issues with Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at retail@topoftherocknyc.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at retail@topoftherocknyc.com and send your item to: Top of the Rock LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza/Sub Basement Check-in, New York NY 10112, USA.
Shipping for Returns: To return your product, mail it to: Top of the Rock LLC, 30 Rockefeller Plaza/Sub Basement Check-in, New York NY 10112, USA. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the issue was due to our error, in which case we will provide a return label via email and cover the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Considerations for Shipping High-Value Items: If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
